WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE
We will stage a series of development meetings with you to attain a detailed understanding of project requirements. Our consultation and development process is as follows;
- Initial consultation meeting[s].
- Conduct an analysis of your current website (if applicable) to identify any short-falls.
- Submit a proposal containing recommendations and capital investment required.
- Development meeting to agree upon and sign-off required functionality.
- Submission of 'wire-frame' [conceptual] designs to layout the positioning of content.
- Once wire-frame designs have been agreed upon submit actual creative design samples.
- Give you access to our Project Management Frame-work to enable you to track development.
- Integrate designs into Content Management System.
- Integration with any third-party back-office software you maybe operating.
- Provide you with training on how to use the Content Management System.
- Testing and tweaking.
- Go-live.
We allow four/six weeks development for standard company brochure/information websites and twelve weeks development for eCommerce [shopping cart] websites.
ON-GOING PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Once the structure of the project has been agreed we will provide you with log-in details to our project management frame-work. We use this platform for every project we undertake. It enables all people involved with a project to collaborate upon ideas, thought processes, upload and share documents and track key milestones.
