Terms applied to Renting a Website:

• The facility to rent a website is only available to businesses formed within the last six months of you approaching us.
• The facility to rent a website is only applicable to brochure websites [not eCommerce websites or database driven websites].
• The design, structure and Intellectual Property Right [IPR] for any rented website remains the property of DWP until twenty-four monthly payments have been made. This means that if we design a website that you rent from us you can not continue to use the website unless you continue to pay the required monthly fee. After twenty-four monthly payments have been made all IPR [excluding images sourced by DWP] will be transferred to the individual or company renting the website from us.
• The IPR for any images sourced by DWP for use within a rented website remain the property of DWP and its partners' at all times.
• Should an individual or company renting a website from DWP fail to keep up with monthly payments DWP reserves the right to withdraw the client website from the Internet until such time that any outstanding monies have been paid.
• Free monthly updates are limited to five updates per calendar month [unless we design a self-serving update facility for you]. Free updates are limited to text and graphical updates. Any changes to the structure of a website such as new pages, departments or layout will be charged at £120 per hour.
• DWP reserve the right to increase its monthly payments at any-time however any such increase will not become effective until twelve months after we have notified clients of any such intended increase.
• DWP is not responsible for the uptime of websites. This responsibility rests with the relevant hosting company.

Terms applied to Brochure or eCommerce Website Design:

• The design, structure and Intellectual Property Right [IPR] of any website we design will remain the property of DWP until such time that the website has been paid for in full.
• Any images sourced by DWP for use within a website will remain the property of DWP and its partners' at all times.

Terms applied to Search Engine Optimization:

• DWP will conduct SEO campaigns to the best of our ability though we can not guarantee results.

Terms applied to the DWP Business Award:

• DWP reserves the right to change or withdraw the Award and any of the promoted features of the Award at any time.
• The decision of who to award will be the decision of DWP and any such decision will be final.
